Rural Da‘wah & Grassroots Community Relief

The Rural Da‘wah & Grassroots Community Relief program aims to extend the committee’s work beyond the university campus by reaching remote and underserved rural communities. The program combines spiritual engagement with direct humanitarian support, seeking to provide communities with educational resources, welfare assistance, and basic healthcare support.

The program seeks to:

• Engage rural communities through spiritual dialogue and community interaction.

• Convene open assemblies with local chiefs, elders, and villagers.

• Provide mentorship and educational engagement for primary and junior high school pupils.

• Support vulnerable rural households with essential food, clothing, and household provisions.

• Provide rural pupils with Qur’ans, basic Islamic learning materials, exercise books, and stationery.

• Extend basic healthcare support through trained volunteer healthcare teams during rural missions.

• Provide vital signs checks, preventative health screenings, hygiene education, and basic first-aid support as part of mobile medical outreach.

The Rural Da‘wah & Grassroots Community Relief program is implemented through periodic field expeditions to remote rural communities. These activities bring together community engagement, education, welfare support, and healthcare outreach.

Community Dialogues & School Engagement

The committee engages local chiefs, elders, villagers, and school pupils through open community assemblies and classroom mentorship sessions. These engagements provide opportunities for direct interaction with communities while supporting the educational and personal development of primary and junior high school pupils.

Welfare & Sustenance Relief

The committee assembles and distributes essential welfare items to vulnerable rural households. This includes food hampers, modest clothing, and daily household provisions intended to provide direct support to communities and households in need.

Educational Resource Support

Educational resources form an important part of the rural outreach. The committee provides copies of the Noble Qur’an, basic Islamic primers, and academic school supplies such as exercise books and stationery to rural pupils.

Mobile Medical Outreach

The committee plans to integrate trained volunteer healthcare teams into rural missions to provide basic health-related support. Activities include vital signs checks, preventative health screenings, hygiene education, and basic first-aid support. The Mobile Medical Outreach is currently identified as an upcoming phase of the program.

Literature & School Drive

The Literature & School Drive is integrated into the committee's field trips and focuses on supporting rural students, village schools, and local madaris with relevant educational and Islamic literature and resources. The initiative is currently identified as being in its expansion phase.

• Field Logistics: Support for transportation, travel, and other logistical requirements for rural outreach trips.

• Women & Children’s Outreach: Travel, literature, feminine supplies, and educational resources for rural women's and children's welfare missions.
